February 2016 – Going green

The February 2016 issue of Enjoy the Algarve, Going green is out now!
Read it here and please feel free to share with your friends.

In it, you’ll find a lot of eco-friendly features. Like a story about the Aquapower Expedition (a sailing trip across the Atlantic Ocean with the goal of making plastic pollution visible), an article about the cork oak, and advice on how to live more sustainable. There’s also info on how to best care for your garden in the Algarve and this month we’ve tried donkey trekking near Aljezur (it’s like dog walking, but three times better – win a trek in our February competitions)!

Plus: read about chameleons, how to best photograph flowers, what to do in Cachopo and find out how living in the Algarve has changed the life of this month’s Spanish expat.

Happy reading! And thanks for already doing your bit for the environment by reading Enjoy the Algarve as no trees were harmed in the making of this paperless magazine.
